Limewire facing a lawsuit due to copyright ifringement

I noticed a pop up window containing "Legal Notice" whenever I entered LimeWire website or even when I Opened their application!

it says: "This is an official notice that LimeWire is under a court-order injunction to stop distributing and supporting its file-sharing software. Downloading or sharing copyrighted content without authorization is illegal."
